It was made of modeling the most severe type of obesity - visceral - 4-month-old rats by neonatal monosodium glutamate input newborn rats. In models of glutamate-induced obesity in rats was found the development of insulin resistance, inflammation in animals with increasing blood glucose shows the development of type 2 diabetes. Established compensatory gain synthetic pancreatic function, as evidenced by increasing insulin content in the blood of rats with obesity. Calculation of the index of insulin resistance (HOMA) showed its increase more than 4 times compared with the control, confirming the changes described pathological conditions of obesity. The results indicate the adequacy of glutamate obesity model for the study of type 2 diabetes associated with obesity. The results of virtual and high-molecular screening for medical target GPR 119, GPR 40 and SIRT6 new synthetic heterocyclic compounds for the treatment of type II diabetes. ADME parameters and results in secondary screening biochemical, cellular and in vivo tests, the best of the identified compounds.
