Determined the rational parameters of hoisting rubber ropes, roller guides of lifting vessels and smooth profile of guides for the shafts with a broken geometry. Developed: method of reducing dynamic loads on the reinforcement rigid conductors in view of the shaft geometry; technique of calculation of rubber rope with the influence of its eccentric tension and damaging the rope framework; method of determining the rational parameters of the rescue hoist units and recommendations for designing their mechanical systems; technical requirements for the design of the flat rubber-rope cables of equal strength and norms of their rejection. Founded and developed technical solutions and recommendations to ensure the energy efficiency and operational safety of modern mine hoisting systems.
