The selection of microorganisms and enzymes, modification of mineral and organic reagents for efficient use in technological processes of formation of biopolymer polyfunctional materials has been scientifically grounded. The processes of interaction of collagen with chemical and biological reagents and the formation of the biopolymer structure were studied. Low-waste energy-saving biotechnologies for the production of polyfunctional materials with a given set of functional properties have been developed.
