New constructive conditions for the existence of Markov strategies for stochastic control problems with admissible noncompact sets of solutions and unbounded one-time functions of cost in the case of a finite / infinite horizon and discounted / total / average criteria are obtained. New theorems on estimating the convergence of approximate solutions to exact in strong topologies for classes of nonlinear systems are proved. The asymptotic behavior of solutions of the studied problems is studied.
