Оbject of research: Organic heterocyclic compounds as potential medicinal products. Three FFA1 receptor chemical agonists: EN300-183708 and Z1768420549 have been studied which have excellent FFA1 selectivity (GPR40) compared to other free fatty acid receptor panels (FFA2 / GPR43, FFA3 / GPR41 and FFA4 / GPR120). Biological testing of experimental compounds in glucose tolerant test on intact animals demonstrated a pronounced hypoglycemic effect of both drugs in vivo. The study of acute toxicity of the drug Z1768420549 revealed the presence of hepatotoxic effects - at the use of doses of 10 mg / kg and higher was observed increased activity of liver enzymes in serum, with the use of doses of 25 mg / kg and the highest was observed violation of blood formula and increase the weight of the liver.
