The spatial structure of 82 alpha-tubulins, 111 beta-tubulins and 47 gamma-tubulins belonging to representatives of 62 species of phytopathogenic fungi was reconstructed. All models underwent a stage of short-term molecular dynamics (1 ns) in the Gromacs program (IFBG Cluster) and were deposited in the CSLabGrid's regular database, CSModDB.
