The object of study is professional training of future specialists of agrarian type at universities of I - IV accreditation levels. The purpose is theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions and innovative methods of training of future specialists of agrarian type at universities of I - IV accreditation levels. Research methods are theoretical (analysis, synthesis, systematization of theoretical and experimental data, empirical - forming pedagogical experiment). Scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the pedagogical conditions of readiness for innovation formation of future engineers in agrarian type colleges are theoretically proved and tested; the pedagogical model of readiness for innovation of future technologists in agrarian type colleges is proposed, organizational and pedagogical conditions of communicative competence of future managers-agrarians are substantiated and tested, the model of future managers-agrarians' communicative competence is developed and proved . The results of the study can be used to develop an integrated system of formation of readiness for innovation of future technologists and teachers of communication-oriented and professional disciplines for communicative competence formation of future managers-agrarians and for independent work of students in higher education.
