Eight species of micromycetes were isolated from the surface of cheese (four samples). It was found that Candida albicans, Geotrichum candidum и Aspergillus niger predominated on surface of cheese. Among microscopic fungi isolated from the surface of the cheese were found species belonging to pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic ones - Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, Coniothyrium fuckelii, Geotrichum candidum, Penicillium chrysogenum и Penicillium expansum5481
