It has been shown that when cultivating on the media with liquid inductors, the specific lipase activity of investigated isolates increased in 1,9-34, and the specific catalase activity was 50-400 times compared with cultivation on a mineral medium with solid polymer waste. It was found that under conditions of exposure to culture liquids of microscopic fungi with elevated lipase and catalase activity for 90 days the weight reduction of the samples was: 3,23-16,7% for rubber, 12,65-21,61% for EVA and 2,49-3,74% for PPE. The ability of Bacillus subtilis 138 to produce acetic, valeric, isovaleryan and unidentified acids was found, while in sulfate-reducing bacteria, acetic, propanic and butanic acids, the introduction of polymers into the culture medium. Infrared spectroscopy revealed changes in the component composition of specimens that were under the influence of culture fluids of microscopic fungi and bacteria
