Final R & D report: 129p., 3 tables, 94 sources. PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION, INTERACTIVE MEANS, LEXICY COMPETENCE, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, METHOD, FORMATION. The object of the research is the teaching and speech activity of future healthcare workers. The purpose of the work is to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the methodology of forming the lexical competence of future medical workers with the use of interactive means. Methods of research: methods of theoretical and empirical research: synthesis, analysis, abstraction and specification; analogies and modeling; quantitative-qualitative (scienetry, bibliometry, informometry); system analysis; questionnaire, testing, observation, experiment, generalization, method of deduction and induction. In this context, GDR sets the following tasks: - clarify and scientifically substantiate the essence of concepts, "lexical competence", "professional competence", "interactive means"; - to carry out a typology of discourses in medical communication; - to analyze the stages of formation of professional-oriented foreign language lexical competence among medical students; - to define methods and methods of forming lexical skills of foreign language students of medical specialties; - to consider the psychological and pedagogical preconditions for the formation of lexical competence among medical students; - To define and substantiate possibilities of application of interactive means in training of professional-oriented communication of future physicians; - to develop, scientifically substantiate and test the experimental methodology of formation of lexical competence of future medical workers; - To select the language and speech material for the system of exercises and tasks for formation of lexical competence of future medical workers
