For the first time it was translated into Ukrainian and officially entered on the website of Fertility Quality of Life questionnaire and, in combination with an alarming aspect, studied the effects of reproductive disorders on various aspects of life. For the first time, the relative length of telomeres was studied in the material of lost pregnancies and among people with early reproductive losses. The results of genetic studies indicated the existence of informative genetic prerequisites for reproductive health disorders in humans at the level of karyotype violations, alleles of genes of KIR- receptor genes, molecular genetic markers of predisposition to hereditary thrombophilia, and 5-alpha reductase deficiency. It is suggested to investigate the presence / absence of the marker of the terminal deletion Y chromosomes sY160 in order to optimize the treatment of male infertility. With a high degree of probability (P = 0.000001), spontaneously eliminated embryos have been shown to have shorten telomeric regions of the chromosome, especially if they have aneuploid pathology. It has been shown that the structure and frequency of chromosomal abnormalities in embryos varies according to the age of a woman: in the early spontaneously lost pregnancies, women less than 35 years old were more likely to have polyploidy and gonosomal monosomal responses, compare for group women over 35 y.o - autosomal chromosomal trisomy had the first place. The obtained results indicate the expediency of continuation and deepening of studies on the assessment of the contribution of the stress component to the genesis of reproductive failure in conjunction with the study of genetic prerequisites to pathology of partners reproductive health.
