Change No. 2 to the OSTU 46.045-2003 industry standard of Ukraine “Grain. Methods for determining the conditional starch” was developed in response to requests from manufacturers of ethyl alcohol. The task of development is to bring the requirements of the standard in compliance with the requirements of current legislation. The introduction will provide an opportunity to streamline the existing national regulatory framework in the field of alcohol production, systematization and ensuring proper control of physico-chemical parameters, as well as the production process.
