The object of study - information technology and technical and software remote access for the formation of electronic resources and databases, software products for the formation of a repository database of scientific works (RBD). The purpose of the research is to substantiate and develop a technical assignment to the information technology system (software product) to create a repository database of printed scientific papers, articles, dissertation research results at the National Academy of Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences. The methodological basis of the work is the principles of systematic and comprehensive approach to the substantiation, development of the terms of reference and evaluation of the functional effectiveness of the results of search studies. The research is carried out on the basis of general scientific methods: analytical, statistical and structural-functional analysis. The submitted materials can be used for substantiation and development of technical and technological solutions (software products), their effective use for creation of a repository database of scientific works of agrarian direction and education, by employees of a network of agricultural libraries for RBD replenishment, by scientists for replenishment of RBP by their own scientific works.5481
