The purpose of the research is to substantiate and develop a technical assignment to the information technology system (software product) to create a repository database of printed scientific papers, articles, dissertation research results at the National Academy of Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences. The methodological basis of the work is the principles of systematic and comprehensive approach to the substantiation, development of the terms of reference and evaluation of the functional effectiveness of the results of search studies.
