Description

 The object of scientific research is the social relations that arise during the activity of investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine. The methodological basis of scientific research was a set of different scientific methods: study and analysis; logical and comparative analysis. The following private-scientific methods were used for the direct collection and processing of the necessary information: targeted study; observation; statistical and comparative analysis; logical-semantic; comparative legal; system-structural. The results of the study are aimed at improving the legislative and departmental regulations on the organization of activities of investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine. Also, the obtained practical results are of considerable scientific, theoretical and practical interest.
