Based on the revealed physical effects and patterns obtained as a result of a complex study of the properties of semiconductor micro- and nanostructures of silicon and A3B5 compounds at a temperature of 4.2 K and a magnetic field up to 14 T, converters of physical quantities have been developed, in particular: a sensitive element of a microelectronic magnetic field sensor; hydrostatic pressure sensor with strain gauges based on GaSb whisker crystals; multifunctional sensor for measuring temperature, deformation and magnetic field, as well as information-measuring system using sensors of mechanical values based on silicon whiskers. The implementation of the developed converters of physical quantities will promote the development of the sensor industry.
