Methods were developed to reduce the degradation processes of composite materials and methods were proposed for improving the stabilization of basic characteristics, varying and regulating the electrophysical parameters of elements of hybrid integrated circuits and microelectronic sensors of optical and X-ray images based on non-ideal heterojunctions based on new nanostructured studies using modern equipment . For the first time, the dependence of the electrophysical parameters of film elements based on ruthenium-dielectric matrix nanodispersed composites on the dispersion, the ratio of the concentrations of the starting components, nanoscale structural phase transformations and annealing temperature were established.
