The object of research theme of the department is the process of vocational teacher training students to master knowledge, skills and abilities of the English language, literature and culture of the country whose language is being studied as a means of formation of foreign language communicative competence. This process is as multi-faceted and multi-level, as well as linguistics and philology in fact a broad understanding of these concepts. Shaping approaches, identifying methods and forms of study are very interesting and important scientific projects, we proceeded from the fact that it should be the median, connecting, connecting to study other aspects of language competence of specialists. Subject of research - pedagogical conditions of foreign language communicative competence of vocational students. Object: to identify, justify theoretically and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of foreign language communicative competence of students in non-language majors based on socio-cultural approach.
