The object of the study – psychological principles of the constructing process of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy.
The purpose of the work – to create a theoretical model of the psychological components of teachers' successful activity as subjects of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy in the conditions of formation of civil society in Ukraine.
Methods of research: theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, modeling, generalization, abstract-logical method.
Theoretical and practical results: There were found out the psychological principles of creating of the personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy in the research. It was created a theoretical model of psychological support of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy. There were determined the basic psychological components of successful activity of teachers as subjects of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy. Theoretical concepts of basic psychological components of successful activity of subjects of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy were developed. The organizational conditions for improving of the activity of teachers as subjects of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy were defined. The scientific and methodological recommendations for improving the activity of teachers as subjects of personality-oriented education based on the principles of humane pedagogy were developed.
Implementation efficiency: the results of the research were implemented in the activities of the Khmelnytsky Secondary School of І-ІІІ grades № 22 by O. Olzhych and in the educational process at the department of psychology and pedagogy of the National University of Khmelnytsky.
