As a result of studying the phase composition, morphology, pore size and other structural-sorption characteristics of samples of crystalline mesoporous (Dpor 5-20 nm) TiO2 nanostructures, including hierarchical and faceted 3D and 2D structures, and mixed amorphous-crystalline phases, including modified with compounds of carbon, sulfur, fluorine, and the size of metal nanoparticles, their homogeneity in size, obtained from them (as precursors) nanocomposites TiO2 @ M (M = Ag, Cu, Au, Au / Ag, Cu / Ag, Au / TiO2 , Au / ZnO), the influence of the conditions of obtaining these materials on these factors, the influence of these factors on the photocatalytic, catalytic, electrocatalytic, electrochemical, sensory, antimicrobial, fungicidal properties of the obtained materials, the manifestations of synergistic effects were revealed. It is shown that the higher photosensitivity to visible light and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 @ Au nanocomposites compared to TiO2 is due to the synergistic effect of Au nanoparticles and interstitial groups Ti-OC, the value of which depends on the content and size of Au nanoparticles in the composite and mesopores and the content of such groups. At the same time, in the processes of photooxidation of CO and photoreduction of CO2, the photocatalytic activity of nanocomposites decreases in comparison with the original titanium oxides, probably due to the acceleration of recombination of photogenerated charges on nanoparticles, which eliminates the presence of oxygen vacancies. It is shown that nanoparticles and composites in which changes in the spectral properties of nanoparticles are associated with the replacement of stabilizer molecules by analytes (methionine, cocarboxylase, cystamine, hydrosulfide) can be used as effective sensory materials for detecting sulfur-containing compounds (pathology markers, in particular in aqueous media). sulfide in blood plasma.
