It is shown that the higher photosensitivity to visible light and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 @ Au nanocomposites compared to TiO2 is due to the synergistic effect of Au nanoparticles and interstitial groups Ti-OC, the value of which depends on the content and size of Au nanoparticles in the composite and mesopores and the content of such groups. At the same time, in the processes of photooxidation of CO and photoreduction of CO2, the photocatalytic activity of nanocomposites decreases in comparison with the original titanium oxides, probably due to the acceleration of recombination of photogenerated charges on nanoparticles, which eliminates the presence of oxygen vacancies. It is shown that nanoparticles and composites in which changes in the spectral properties of nanoparticles are associated with the replacement of stabilizer molecules by analytes (methionine, cocarboxylase, cystamine, hydrosulfide) can be used as effective sensory materials for detecting sulfur-containing compounds (pathology markers, in particular in aqueous media). sulfide in blood plasma.
