Main scientific results: During the implementation of research work: 1) developed a systematic description of the features of management of integrated development efforts of enterprises in the cluster of tourism and recreation; 2) the theoretical and scientific-practical principles of greening research are analyzed and the directions of development of this aspect in the system of innovative direction of development of the hotel sphere are substantiated; 3) the theoretical features of the development of greening are studied and practical examples of its implementation in the activities of restaurants are given. Practical value of results: The project resulted in new knowledge related to the formation and reform of the tourism sector and the hotel and restaurant industry. Conclusions: 1. Thus, within the cluster of tourism and recreation there is a multi-business environment, so strategic analysis is an integrated multi-level transformation of databases that are formed as a result of analysis of external and internal environment of the cluster and internal environment of its autonomous participants (microanalysis). the future is the basis for drawing up a strategic map, in terms of identifying success factors. The main method of strategic analysis can be a transformed SNW-analysis, which, in our opinion, should be implemented according to the following algorithm: 1) assessment of the external environment of the cluster, using the following algorithms: - segmentation of the medium of direct influence in terms of segments S (strong side), N (neutral side) and W (weak side).
