Research methods - calculation method (analysis of menus and menu layouts, carbohydrate content, energy value); questionnaire method ("SINDI" questionnaires); chemical - laboratory methods, atomic absorption method (metal content), colorimetric method (nitrate content). Health indicators will be studied using anthropometric methods, hematological methods (hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes), biochemical methods (methemoglobin in blood, serum iron). Processing of the received results will be carried out by means of generally accepted mathematical and statistical methods.Carrying out of large-scale researches on studying of a condition of actual food of the population of various age groups of separate areas of Odessa area and foreign students of ONMedU of various ethnic groups, will allow definition of priority directions of medical and preventive actions on optimization of actual food of the population.
