The purpose of research is improvement of technological processes and development of innovative equipment and modernization of existing equipment for food, pharmaceutical, microbiological and packaging industries. The research was performed by methods of mathematical, simulation and physical modeling. Physical modeling was performed in laboratory and industrial conditions. The practical importance of the research is that the obtained results make it possible to: determine the directions of intensification of technological processes, develop recommendations for improving hardware and technological schemes and develop innovative equipment for food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, publishing and packaging industries. The obtained results of scientific work can be used for the preparation of design documentation, development of innovative equipment and modernization of existing one, implementation of scientific results in the educational process and production.
