In a competitive environment, the loss of human resources means much more to the enterprise than the loss of physical capital, given the prospects for innovative and economic development of the enterprise. Therefore, in the new conditions of management, taking into account the factors of international competition and globalization, special attention from the theory and practice, require questions of formation of human resources of the enterprise, ways to increase and maintain it. In times of crisis, the problem of maintaining competitive personnel is also of topical importance. The purpose of the research work is to develop scientific and practical recommendations on improving the human resources in the conditions of innovative economy and manifestation of the impact of globalization.
