The research work results are going to be used: in educational process in the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine while training classes on: "Military nutrition and baking", "Food supply arrangement", "Food supply economy and management", "Food supply management of the NGU's military units", "Technology and commodity science of food products"; as a part of day-to-day activities of chiefs of food services in military units.
