The scientific novelty is: the configuration of strategic change management at the enterprise is developed, within which its basic elements and interrelations between them are established, the order of interaction of subjects of management of strategic changes with objects and a subject of management through principles of management of strategic changes is defined. Practical value of work. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the developed theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions and recommendations can be used in the implementation of measures to create systemic and comprehensive conditions for change in an unstable environment and the existence of resistance to change.
