Research methods - molecular genetic (PCR), analytical, statistical. It was found that patients with a history of radiation are more likely to have a negative status for the JAK2 mutation than those who became ill spontaneously with a detected frequency of (24.41 ± 1.69)% and (37.82 ± 7.66)%. There are more cases of mutation in men than in women in both groups. Thrombotic complications predominate in the group of patients with a history of radiation. No correlation was found between the presence of mutations and the frequency of thrombotic events in patients in each group. Thrombocytosis in men is directly correlated with age, in women there is a bimodal distribution by age. In groups of patients with radiation history and triple-negative mutational status found more additional nonspecific mutations in the genes of epigenetic regulation DTA (DNMT3A, TET2, ASXL1) and increased thrombotic complications: with the presence of mutations - (55.5 ± 16.5)%, without mutations - (15.4 ± 10.1)%. indicating that the V617F mutation of the JAK2 gene is not the only key molecular genetic marker of Ph (-) MPN in the formation of thrombosis.
