A mathematical model of an electronic-pneumatic brake drive, including a dynamic model of an electromagnetic valve, is proposed. A mathematical model for the selection of input and output parameters of a proportional ABS modulator driven by a stepper electric motor is proposed. A mathematical model of the car acceleration process at maximum engine power is proposed for the fastest driving of a given distance. An inertial with an idealized engine is studied, in which the constant driving (traction) force directed in the direction of movement. A laboratory facility for experimental research has been created elements and control systems of pneumatic suspension of KTZ categories N3 and M3 in combination with the inertial mass of moving parts of the existing large inertial stand forms a complex of stands for experimental research of elements of brake control and control systems of pneumatic suspension of KTZ. The theoretical results of the work were brought to convenient for practical application of formulas, algorithms and methods, which found their use for the development of applied mathematical support for the creation of promising
wheeled moving objects.
