The purpose of the research is to study the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the management of innovative development of trade enterprises, to develop recommendations for its provision.
The subject of research is theoretical aspects and methodological approaches to assessing the directions of innovative development of trade enterprises.
The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the conceptual provisions of economic theory, the theory of basic innovations, diffusion of innovations, regional life cycle and regional growth, the conclusions of modern foreign and domestic economic thought in the field of management of innovative development of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the study used general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge. During the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovation development management, its individual structural elements: historical and logical, comparative analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction. The analysis of factual and statistical material is based on methods of comparison, grouping, analysis of specific situations, special methods of economic analysis.
The work proposes a model of innovative development of trade enterprise; formulate proposals on the directions of innovative cooperation between large, medium and small businesses to ensure the growth of innovative products in the small business sector; formulate proposals on the methodology of innovative potential of employees of the enterprise; formulate proposals for building a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the omnichannel strategy of trade enterprise as an innovative direction of development.
