The work proposes a model of innovative development of trade enterprise; formulate proposals on the directions of innovative cooperation between large, medium and small businesses to ensure the growth of innovative products in the small business sector; formulate proposals on the methodology of innovative potential of employees of the enterprise; formulate proposals for building a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the omnichannel strategy of trade enterprise as an innovative direction of development.
