Description

The purpose of the work is to develop a scientifically based complex theoretical and methodological toolkit for planning measures to minimize the negative manifestations of the "human factor" in the labor protection management systems of enterprises, institutions and organizations and the principles of automated protection of workers from their negative impact in order to ensure a systematic approach to minimizing occupational risks in within the framework of the functioning of "man - machine - environment" systems, the cause of which are negative manifestations of the "human factor". A scientifically based complex theoretical and methodological toolkit was developed for planning measures to minimize the negative manifestations of the "human factor" in the labor protection management systems of enterprises, institutions and organizations, and the principles of automated prevention of the occurrence of negative manifestations of the "human factor" within the framework of the functioning of the "human - machine - environment", which made it possible to ensure a systematic approach to minimizing professional risks in the field of occupational health and safety, the cause of which are negative manifestations of the "human factor". Areas of improvement of the system of training of occupational safety specialists in higher educational and other institutions have been developed in accordance with the principles of the formation of safety priority and the principles of the implementation of an automated system of accounting and control of changes to the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine on occupational safety. The conceptual basis for defining scientifically based rational regimes of work and rest and an automated system for preventing manifestations of the "human factor" has been developed. An automated system for preventing the occurrence of "human factor" manifestations in the field of labor protection has been developed.
