Areas of improvement of the system of training of occupational safety specialists in higher educational and other institutions have been developed in accordance with the principles of the formation of safety priority and the principles of the implementation of an automated system of accounting and control of changes to the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine on occupational safety. The conceptual basis for defining scientifically based rational regimes of work and rest and an automated system for preventing manifestations of the "human factor" has been developed. An automated system for preventing the occurrence of "human factor" manifestations in the field of labor protection has been developed.
