The composition of film-forming compositions for processing stone fruits with rational fungistatic indicators is scientifically substantiated, the composition of compositions from extracts of medicinal plant substance for creation of film-forming compositions is optimized. The expediency of processing cherry, sweet cherry and apricot fruits with film-forming compositions from medicinal and plant raw materials before storage for maximum preservation of biologically active substance, reduction of respiratory rate and natural weight loss has been scientifically proven. Three declaratory patents of Ukraine for a utility model were obtained. The results of the work are implemented in production at the enterprises private enterprise "Rohak", as well as in the educational process of the university.
