Identification of transformation factors, argumentation of development asymmetries, development of mechanisms for regulating social and labor relations of employment as a scientific and applied scenario for the formation of a new employment model on the social and labor platform "Labor 4.0", adapted to Ukrainian realities, is an urgent problem of economic science and practice, which this project is aimed at solving. The object of research is the processes of transformation of social and labor relations of employment in Ukraine under the influence of economy digitalization and network principles of public institutions functioning. The subject of the research is the preconditions, factors, institutes, components of mechanisms and tools for ensuring effective employment under conditions of digital economy formation. The aim of the project is to deepen the scientific and applied foundations of the social and labor relations of employment under the influence of multi-vector and ambiguous transformations of the world of labor and to develop on this basis an employment model adapted to the Ukrainian realities of digital economy formation; substantiation of its new parameters; development of practical recommendations regarding effective mechanisms and tools for regulating social and labor relations of employment at different levels in the context of new challenges, risks and lessons of digitalization.
