The formation of a socially successful personality occurs in the process of student activity in various forms of work, students' free choice of the field of activity in extracurricular time and ways of organizing work in accordance with their desires, preferences and abilities and is mediated by social mutual understanding and cooperation with other people, subject-sub object interaction of students with adults and peers on the basis of initiative, personal responsibility and tolerance, adequate self-esteem and motivation for success. The study proved that since success is evaluated both by the person himself and by his immediate environment, it is a social quality, one of the social parameters of an individual, a kind of indicator of a person's social status. In educational practice, success is defined as a qualitative characteristic of the activity of a particular pupil. A student can become socially successful only in an environment where his basic rights are ensured, physically and psychologically comfortable and safe living conditions are created, which can nourish his optimism in life and motivate him to be active in achieving his own and social well-being, success in life in as a whole.
