In accordance with the purpose of the study, the following tasks were set and solved: - to study the evolution of scientific views on human potential as a systemic object of research; - to study scientific and theoretical approaches to human potential management in the context of transformational changes; - to define and structure the conceptual foundations of human potential management; - to systematize the theoretical and methodological foundations of human potential management in the context of transformational changes; - to analyze the state and peculiarities of formation, realization and development of human potential in the conditions of transformational changes; - to substantiate the current trends in the transformation of the labor market and the determinants of the development of labor potential of Ukraine; - to conduct an analytical study of the scientific potential of the national economy; - to identify the latest trends in the transformation of labor resources in the context of technological change; - to study the methodological foundations of human potential assessment in the context of transformational changes; - to study the transformation of human resource management strategies at the enterprise in conditions of turbulence; - to determine the peculiarities of formation and implementation of personnel policy at the enterprise; - to develop a scientific and methodological approach to the implementation of corporate culture of innovative type.
