Object of research - processes of forming a unified strategy and tactics of enterprises in extreme conditions. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical principles of the formation of a strategy for increasing the efficiency of using the potential of Ukrainian enterprises. The purpose of the work: development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of using the potential of Ukrainian enterprises. Research methods: in the process of scientific research, analytical and statistical methods were used for a comprehensive study of the object of research. The information basis of research is legislative and regulatory acts, agreements, data of international organizations, materials of own observations of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, materials of scientific periodicals, Internet resources. The novelty of the obtained results is determined by the proposed action plan for improving the management efficiency of industrial enterprises in extreme conditions. The main strategies and tactics of management of Ukrainian enterprises were developed, its main defects and shortcomings were identified. An action plan for increasing the efficiency of management at enterprises in extreme conditions is proposed. Recommendations have been developed for the preservation, development and improvement of the efficiency of the use of personnel potential of industrial enterprises in changing conditions.
