The novelty of the obtained results is determined by the proposed action plan for improving the management efficiency of industrial enterprises in extreme conditions. The main strategies and tactics of management of Ukrainian enterprises were developed, its main defects and shortcomings were identified. An action plan for increasing the efficiency of management at enterprises in extreme conditions is proposed.
