Methods: Standard molecular biological protocols, which included: isolation of RNA and DNA, oligonucleotide primers design, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), PCR, real-time PCR, creation of recombinant DNA, Southern hybridization, DNA sequencing, fluorescence confocal microscopy of live and fixed mammalian cells, ultra-high-resolution fluorescence microscopy STED, etc. Work results. New interactions of BCR-ABL oncoprotein with USP1, GLG1 and ZFP217 proteins in Ph-positive cells of human chronic myeloid leukemia were established and characterized. It was shown that inhibition of USP1 deubiquitinase activity affects the level of BCR-ABL oncoprotein in K562 cells and a hypothetical model of ubiquitin-proteosomal degradation of BCR-ABL oncoprotein in CML was proposed. With the help of confocal and subdiffraction fluorescence microscopy STED, it was found that the BCR part of the BCR-ABL protein due to the PH domain co-localizes with cortactin and γ-tubulin in the centrosomal region at the sites of actin branching. The level of expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition genes and antioxidant protection genes in prostate tumor cultures with different radioresistance was evaluated. It was shown that vitamin E suppresses the expression of the transcription factor Snail1, the main EMT inducer, the pluripotent transcription factor Okt4 and activates the expression of the transcription factor CEBP alpha.
