Object of study - partnership interaction of the institution of higher education with social institutions of the community.
The aim of the study - Theoretically substantiate and implement the model of professional establishing an effective partnership of social institutions.
Research methods are theoretical: analysis of trends and partnership processes in the higher education system; development and practical implementation of innovative educational programs, methods, sequence of actions, generalization of experimental research results; empirical: questionnaires; oral surveys; conducting monitoring and screening; practical testing of the developed methodical materials.
Results and their novelty - as a result of the development and implementation of a model of professional training of specialists in the social sphere in the conditions of partnership of social institutes at the university, a three-level system of training of specialists in social work (bachelor's degree-master's degree-postgraduate level) was built, which is based on close cooperation with a network of institutions, institutions and organizations of the social sphere. The following components of the model are highlighted: interaction in the organization of the educational process, scientific guidance and conducting research at reference and experimental sites, social project activity, volunteer initiatives of participants in the educational process, practical training at various practice bases, mutual internships and professional development. A system of interaction with various institutions, institutions and organizations of the social sphere has been established in the classroom and extracurricular educational work, in the performance of scientific research, implementation of projects and public initiatives, in the active involvement of students in the professional space.
