The aim of the study - Theoretically substantiate and implement the model of professional establishing an effective partnership of social institutions. Research methods are theoretical: analysis of trends and partnership processes in the higher education system; development and practical implementation of innovative educational programs, methods, sequence of actions, generalization of experimental research results; empirical: questionnaires; oral surveys; conducting monitoring and screening; practical testing of the developed methodical materials.
