popup.description2
During the implementation of the final stage of the research work, strategic directions for the implementation of university image technologies were determined: internationalization of educational and scientific activities (in particular, the implementation of the right to academic mobility), the introduction of distance learning, the organization of interaction with leading employers, the introduction of the principle of inclusiveness, ensuring the transparency of openness in higher education.
The features of each of the three groups of higher education performance indicators are considered: performance indicators, performance indicators, efficiency indicators. Conclusions are drawn about the need to harmonize KPI with the strategic tree of university goals. The key PIs are those, the influence on which allows the university management to achieve its goals, that is, to adapt to changes in the external environment, the requirements of stakeholders.
The content analysis of official websites was carried out, as well as the analysis of statistical indicators of the actions of users of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) of top foreign universities according to international rating systems, which included Harvard University (USA), Oxford University (UK), Peking University ( China). Recommendations are presented on the technical and content content of official websites, as well as recommendations on the use of official representations of social networks to form a positive image of the university.
