The technological scheme for purification the diffusion juice of sugar production by liming and carbonizing a mixture of saturation gas and carbon dioxide from fermentation gases has been developed. The optimal parameters of the process of saturation of limed diffusion juice of sugar production have been established. Recommendations have been developed on the use of carbon dioxide from fermentation gases for the saturation of pre-limed diffusion juice in sugar production.
