Description

 Based on the results of the analysis of trends in the national economy and the agricultural sector, it is determined that among the key challenges and threats to the development of land management in the process of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine is the expansion and intensification of capital-intensive agriculture, which can cause land conflicts. It is substantiated that the tools for the development of land management in the context of structural modernisation of the economy are based on the cause-and-effect relationship between the transformation (improvement) of subject-object relations regarding land and the mechanisms of their interaction, which guarantee land ownership and regulate land relations, land use and protection, and ensure the maximum possible harmonisation of public and private interests in the process of land use.
