The plant is manufactured in Ukraine from imported components based on projects developed and agreed with the customers. After manufacturing, the products receive certificates of conformity with an operating permit. Project number under which the plant was manufactured: 10-101.CIP 2new. CIP washing - English Cleaning In Place or “cleaning in place”, is a sanitary washing and sterilization of internal surfaces in contact with the product, food equipment, without dismantling or partial disassembly of production lines, so this method is also called non-disassembly CIP washing. The washing effect is achieved by circulating periodically changing detergent solutions inside the pipes and equipment - this is achieved by organizing closed circuits of supply and return pipelines from containers with detergent and disinfectant solutions to equipment (washing objects), the solutions circulate through the use of a centrifugal pump. Potentially hazardous physical factors for the health of the staff/user/patient: noise, vibration, 50 Hz EMF, air pollution in the work area, waste water.
