CIP washing - English Cleaning In Place or “cleaning in place”, is a sanitary washing and sterilization of internal surfaces in contact with the product, food equipment, without dismantling or partial disassembly of production lines, so this method is also called non-disassembly CIP washing. The washing effect is achieved by circulating periodically changing detergent solutions inside the pipes and equipment - this is achieved by organizing closed circuits of supply and return pipelines from containers with detergent and disinfectant solutions to equipment (washing objects), the solutions circulate through the use of a centrifugal pump. Potentially hazardous physical factors for the health of the staff/user/patient: noise, vibration, 50 Hz EMF, air pollution in the work area, waste water.
