Based on the results of the ascertaining section, a matrix model of the formation of life success of senior school pupils was developed, which consists of four blocks: methodological-targeted (target guidelines, methodological approaches, principles), organizational-subjective (organizational-pedagogical conditions, modes of transmission of educational influences, structural-organizational centers, subjects of the educational process), content-technological (content centers, forms, methods, means, techniques, mechanisms of educational interaction; organizational, environmental and personal resources), diagnostic-resultative (diagnostics and monitoring, levels of formation of life success, expected results). For each of them, guidelines for scientific research are proposed and space for creative self-expression of the educational institution is provided; approaches (model, systemic) are substantiated, an algorithm (SWOT analysis of the educational activity of the educational institution, determination of content and structural centers, design) and methods (involvement of experts, planning, design, creation of one-time coalitions, reframing, synergy, advocacy) is proposed for adapting the matrix model of the formation of life success of senior school pupils to the conditions and resources of the experimental educational institution; a methodology for the experimental-practical (formative) stage of scientific research is developed, its content and activity vectors are outlined; the resource potential of the formation of life success of pupils is outlined (environmental, organizational, personal).
