Specialized scientific education institutions (SSES) are designed to identify students' scientific education abilities as early as possible and develop them in all students, given that children are born with different creative inclinations. At the same time, it is necessary to take care of the development of creative personality in capable and gifted students. Revealing the personal potential of gifted students requires changes in the system of work of pedagogical workers of SSES institutions and the formation of readiness for their implementation. Today, there is no single concept of the structure of personal potential, the type of gifted personality, and its content. Therefore, the chosen topic is extremely relevant. Attention to the personal potential of gifted students makes it possible to determine those paths of professional growth that allow maximum use of the potential of their own abilities. By revealing the creative abilities of students, actualizing their creative potential with innovative psychological and pedagogical technologies, identifying gifted students and creating conditions for self-education and self-improvement of the individual, SONS institutions will have every chance to provide the state with professional personnel motivated for productive work.
For our study, the provision that any healthy personality is capable of development and self-development if there are favorable conditions, desire and application of certain efforts is also important.
