Topicality. In modern society, knowledge and creativity are turning into the leading productive force of an intensive way of management, which actualizes the problem of education as a determining factor in the intellectual and creative development of the individual and the community. The dynamics of transformations of the place, meaning and role of a gifted individual in the modern informational and digital reality actualize the issue of changes in the education system, which appears to be the most important factor in the development of our civilization. The specified transformations require the development of ways to preserve the cultural experience of our people in the conditions of a globalized world through the creative actualization of the heuristic potential of the Ukrainian philosophical tradition in the development of national education.
